Boozy flavoured preserves with edible glitter and 23ct gold leaf hearts

Use as a glittery fruit cocktail purée or simply add to scones and cakes to make afternoon tea even more fabulous!

Create a cocktail purée by mixing a teaspoon of preserve and a dash of liquid. Then top with your drink of choice to enjoy a sparkling cocktail made with real fruit.

Add to pancakes, crumpets and toast too!

Directions

HOW TO CREATE A GLITTER PRESERVE GIN COCKTAIL
Step 1: Add a shot of gin and a large teaspoon of glitter preserve to a shaker or glass.
Step 2: Mix it all together
Step 3: Pour the mixture over ice and top with tonic water (if you prefer it without bits then strain whilst pouring)
Step 4: Garnish with complimentary fresh berries and a sprig of mint and enjoy your delicious boozy glittery jam cocktail!

Try this! Add a spoonful of preserve on top of your pancakes for a boozy fruity tasting breakfast!

Raspberries (60%), Sugar, Water, Prosecco flavouring, Pectin, Gold flakes, Colour: E171. Prepared with 60g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 62g per 100g.

Rhubarb and Ginger Jam with Gin Flavouring

Rhubarb (58%), Sugar, Stem Ginger (11%), Lemon Juice, Ginger Powder, Gin flavouring, Gold flakes, Colour: E171, Natural red food colouring. Prepared with 69g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 60g per 100g. 

Grapefruit Glitter Marmalade with Rum Flavouring

Water, Sugar, Oranges (23%), Red Grapefruit (23%),Rum flavouring, Pectin, Colour: E171, Gold flakes. Prepared with 46g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 66g per 100g.
