By tagging, or commenting on, your image/video with #popabALLGOOD, you confirm that:

 

1.    You are at least 18 years old.

 

2.    The image/video is an original work created by you, you own the rights in the image/video and you are not restricted from licensing the rights in the image/video.

 

3.    You have permission from any person whose face appears in the image/video (or who is in any way identifiable from the image/video) for the image/video to be shown to third parties without restriction.

 

4.    We (Popaball Limited – company number 7343412) can, free of charge, do the following in relation to the image/video or any part of it (referred to below as the content) in promoting our business or products:

 

a.     copy the content (e.g. to allow internal review of the content);

 

b.    issue copies of the content to third parties (e.g. in advertising material), provided we credit the social media account on which the image/video was posted;

 

c.     communicate the content to third parties (e.g. through social media channels), provided we credit the social media account on which the image/video was posted; and

 

d.    allow third parties (e.g. content compilers such as UNILAD) to copy the content, issue copies of the content to third parties and communicate the content to third parties and, where the content has previously been validly posted by us on one of our social media channels, credit us.
