MERRY CHRISTMAS! 

Thank you all so so much for all your lovely feedback and support this year.
We have been working around the clock for the past few months to ensure that your orders are dispatched on time and filled with lots and lots of love!
Until the 3rd January we will not be processing orders so that our PopaBall team can have a well-deserved rest.
 In the meantime, we’ve answered some frequently asked questions below.

When will you start dispatching orders?
We will be processing orders placed over the Christmas break the week commencing 2nd January. The latest date that these orders will be dispatched, is Monday 9th January.
 
 
Where is my order? 
All orders before the 21st December, were dispatched the same day if placed before 2pm or the following day if placed after 2pm.
 
Normally 1st class delivery takes 1-2 working days and 2nd class delivery takes 2-3 working days with Royal Mail, but this is not guaranteed. In addition, because Christmas is the busiest time of year for Royal Mail, Royal Mail advises that orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
 
 
My order hasn’t arrived in time for Christmas?
We dispatched your order the same day or the next working day after you placed your order. Unfortunately, when your parcel leaves us it is in the hands of Royal Mail and therefore we have no control of how long your parcel will take to arrive. We have done everything in our power to get your order to you on time.
 
If your order arrives too late and you no longer require it, please feel free to return your order to the address below, and we will refund you for your order minus it's postage charge.

Can I track my order? 
If you have ordered alcohol it will have been sent with UK Mail and you should have received a tracking number via text or email.
 
All orders without alcohol are sent with Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class and these services do not have tracking. This is so that we can offer you a lower price on postage.
 
 
My order is wrong or has been damaged?
Please send us an email with pictures and we will respond to your email the first week in January.
 
 
Where are my straws?
Each pack of bubbles includes a telescopic straw inside. Open up a pack of bubbles and you should find your straw placed on top of your tub of bubbles, take your straw out of the packaging and pull the pointed end to extend your straw.
