Thank you all so so much for all your lovely feedback and support this year.
So that The POPABALL team can recharge their batteries, until 3rd January we will not be processing orders or answering emails.

In the meantime, we’ve answered some frequently asked questions below.

We wish you a merry Christmas and a bubbly new year xxx

When will you start dispatching orders after Christmas?
We will process orders placed over the Christmas break the week commencing 3rd January. Want to get your hands on one of our products before then?

Where is my order?
We will process all orders up until 11am on 20th December. Orders before this time will have been dispatched the same day if placed before 11am.

Due to the Royal Mail strikes, delivery time this year is longer than usual. In addition, because Christmas is the busiest time of year for Royal Mail, Royal Mail advises that orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

My order hasn’t arrived in time for Christmas?
For orders placed up until 11am on 20th December, your order will be dispatched before we close for Christmas.

Orders placed after this time will be processed from 3rd January.

When your parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the couriers and therefore we have no control over how long your parcel will take to arrive. We have done everything in our power to get your order to you on time.

If your order arrives too late and you no longer require it, please feel free to return your order to the address below, and we will refund you for your order and the original postage fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.
