We have been working around the clock for the past few months to ensure that your orders are dispatched on time and filled with lots and lots of love!
So that our Popaball team can have a well-deserved rest, until 2nd January we will not be processing orders or answering emails.
In the meantime, we’ve answered some frequently asked questions below.

When will you start dispatching orders after Christmas?
We will process orders placed over the Christmas break the week commencing 1st January.
  
Where is my order? 
We will process all orders up until 8:30am on 21st December. Order before this date and your order will have been dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm or the following if placed after.
  
Normally Royal Mail 1st class delivery takes 1-2 working days and 2nd class delivery takes 2-3 working days, but this is not guaranteed. In addition, because Christmas is the busiest time of year for Royal Mail, Royal Mail advises that orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
 
If your order includes alcohol, it will have been sent with UKMail. This will normally take 1-2 working days to arrive.
 
When will my parcel be dispatched from your warehouse?
If you placed your order after 12pm then we will dispatch your order the next working day.
 
My order hasn’t arrived in time for Christmas?
Orders placed up until 8:30am on 21st December, your order will be dispatched no later than Thursday 21st December.
 
Orders placed after this time will be processed in the new year. 
When your parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the couriers and therefore we have no control over how long your parcel will take to arrive. We have done everything in our power to get your order to you on time.
 
If your order arrives too late and you no longer require it, please feel free to return your order to the address below, and we will refund you for your order and the original postage fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.

Can I track my order? 
If you have ordered alcohol, your order will have been sent via UK Mail and you should have received a tracking number via text or email.
 
All orders without alcohol are sent with Royal Mail and these services have very basic tracking, which only allows you to see whether the parcel has been attempted to be delivered. This is so that we can offer you a lower price for postage.
