ROYAL MAIL NOTICE 2022
Unfortunately Royal Mail have planned strikes this year on the 24, 25, 30th November and 1st, 9th & 11th , 15th, 23rd & 24th December. This will cause major shipping delays and customers should expect orders to be delayed.
Please note that due to the Royal Mail strikes we wont be able to despatch any orders placed on the strike days but they wll be despatched on the next working day.
1st class deliveries could be delayed by up to 5 working days and 2nd class by up to 10 working days.
Hopefully these are worst case scenarios but please do not contact us asking about orders until this time has passed. Any emails sent before will not be answered.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES 2022
Below are the last suggested Royal Mail shipping dates in order to arrive before Christmas
2nd Class Tracked - Monday 12th December
1st Class Tracked - Friday 16th December 9am
Our last depsatch day before we close for Christmas will be the 19th December.

SHIPPING:
Free shipping Orders over £30 – 2nd Class, 2-3 days, (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer).
2nd Class Tracked – £3.49, 2-3 working days. (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer) Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.
1st Class Tracked – £4.49, 1-2 days, (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer) Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.

Ordering Times
Monday to Friday - Order before 12noon for same day dispatch
Friday to Sunday - Orders will be dispatched on Mondays
Please also be aware that delivery estimates start from the day after the date of dispatch.
Courier Working Days
Royal Mail: Monday - Saturday
UKMail (over 3kg): Monday - Friday
Deliveries will not be made by our couriers outside of working days.
Bank Holidays
We do not currently operate on bank holidays, so any orders placed after 12pm the Friday before a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.
Customer Service Opening Times
If you would like to contact someone on our customer service team please note that opening times are from 9am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 1pm on Fridays.
All calls and messages will be responded to as soon as possible within the given times.

2nd Class Tracked & Signed (alcohol and non-alcohol) -£3.49, 2-3 days, Mon-Sat (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer) Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.
1st Class Tracked & Signed (alcohol and non-alcohol) -£4.49, 1-2 days, Mon-Sat (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer) Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.
Parcels over 3kg Tracked & Signed (alcohol and non-alcohol) - £4.99, UKMail, 1-2 working days, Mon-Fri. Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy so if you look under 25 you will be asked for ID by the courier if your order contains alcohol. By continuing to payment you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and someone over 18 will be there to accept delivery.
Outside of UK Mainland Shipping Charges
**Please note: If your order is being shipped outside of the U.K., you must place multiple orders if your items exceed 2kg**
EU Shipping Tracked & Signed - £10.99, 3-8 working days (up to 2Kg).
Subscription boxes
Order before the 23rd of the month to receive your first box the same month.
Orders placed on 23rd or after will be dispatched the following month.
Subscription boxes will be dispatched on the last Friday of each month.

Discount codes / Promotional offers
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at the checkout before your transaction is completed. Once an order has been processed, discount codes cannot be applied/promotional offers cannot be added.
